Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our choir!   Please note the following information regarding ticket purchases:

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

In the unlikely event that a concert is cancelled by the choir, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable).

If you are unable to attend, we kindly suggest passing your ticket on to a friend or family member who would enjoy the performance, and perhaps report back to you.

Illness & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events happen. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we are happy to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at enquiries@chchoralsoc.org, prior to the concert abd as early as possible.

Third-party Ticketing

If you purchased your ticket through the Christ's Hospital Box Office, their refund terms may also apply.
