Christ's Hospital Choral Society
Welcome to Christ’s Hospital Choral Society
of Horsham, West Sussex a choir privileged to rehearse and perform at Christ's Hospital School. Members come from around Horsham and we sing a broad range of music, largely classical.
Our four concerts a year are atmospheric, beautiful, and very enjoyable for both singers and audience.

We are a choir for adults associated with the famous school near Horsham, West Sussex, formed in 1988 so that members of staff and people from the wider community could sing a range of choral music.
All voices are welcome – Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass
No connection with the school is necessary to belong.
We rehearse on a Tuesday evening at Christ’s Hospital and perform three or four concerts each year.

Programme 2024 – 2025
Our first concert of our 2024 - 2025 season was on November 16th 2024 when we performed Haydn's "Creation" in Christ’s Hospital Chapel, with Orchestra and soloists. A marvellous and very well supported concert - many thanks to all who came.
Our ever popular Christmas Concert took place on Saturday 21st December 2024, also in Christ’s Hospital Chapel. The programme included Britten's "Ceremony of Carols" and, as always, several favourite carols which the audience joined us in singing. The full programme is here >>
Our next concert is the annual Angus Ross concert, to be held on 23rd March 2025, when we will be snging J S Bach's "Magnificat", which we will perform with Christ’s Hospital School Choir and Orchestra in Big School, Christ's Hospital.
Our summer concert will be on 7th June 2025. The programme is not yet fully decided but will be added soon.
Next Concert
